Raven graduated from the University of Toronto with an undergraduate honours degree majoring in Equity Studies and Caribbean Studies, with a minor in African Studies. She has a Master of Education degree in Curriculum Development and Teacher Training Studies. Raven has held an Early ChildhoodEducation diploma for over 25 years and is a certified yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over ten years.
When she is not teaching in the school system she teaches beginner, restorative, and private classes.
She is currently working towards more training in mindfulness,meditation and Kids and Teen yoga. She is eager to bring her craft to little ones everywhere. She’s a strong advocate for the criminal justice system mental health and wellness.

By creating a safe, supportive, space individuals can comfortably stand in their truth.
Through the practice of Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement, Raven believes that communities, can heal in a way that is positive, healthy and beneficial to all.

My goal is to offer Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation in a space that helps to promote relaxation, reflection, and release by balancing the mind ,body and spirit.Through breath, individuals can experience a sense of calm, peace and mental clarity.
